Slightly OT, but if anyone is looking for an excuse to reply to all your emails in 1 or 2 sentences just change your Gmail/Mail.app signature to "Sent from my iPhone"
I think it's odd that it took 6 years, but they are infringing on a trademark - suck it up.
This is also a good example of people thinking that if they take their problem to the top then they will get what they want. I get a little thrill from the CEO telling the whinger to STFU.
