I haven't listened back to the live podcast, but I have no doubt it would've been me badmouthing them.
When We Were Young comes across as a song written for fat sixteen year old girls who want a boyfriend. Bones then seems to be the track justifying sex to those same fat sixteen year old girls. And yet, paradoxically, they still manage an undercurrent of religion that makes them seen like little nore than a glorified Christian rock band.
Flame on!
