Same. Despite a very long weekend trenching with a Kanga and pick, I still don't have all of my stormwater issues rectified - therefore, it will all just come through the garage from the neighbours blocked downpipes, instead of being funneled through my near-complete 2x100mm + 1x90mm stormwater masterpiece..

50m of trenches, 120+m of pipes; yes, it is a masterpiece!!

Holy mother of winds and rain just hit us at Wacol.... Luckily I moved my car into the big distribution centre behind us - I so owe them a favour now. Branches everywhere... Hail hasn't even hit yet.
