I can't see how it would say "about:blank" as that's the setting for IE on PC. Neither safari nor firefox use the "about:blank" in the address bar as far as I know. Are you on a PC??

It's a legit Flash Player security sandbox message - local SWF files are blocked from accessing remote data for security reasons.
Why it's happening when you are leaving a site is the weird part...
Aside from the annoyance factor, I wouldn't worry about it.
btw, what browser does this happen in?
