+1 for Zenbe Lists. It's a semi online solution though, as in, it's web-based, but after the iPhone app is sync'd it no longer requires the internet for you to view your lists. You can press 'sync' at any time.
It's the perfect solution for my needs, since I want to be able to sync my tasks wirelessly and on the fly, but not have to connect to the net everytime I want to add/edit/delete an entry. I can just sync before I leave the house, complete all my tasks/check off shopping list items/whatever, and sync when I get home.
Also a great solution for iPod Touch users who don't have internet access wherever they go.
