Regarding crap channel 7 coverage of Olympics:

What the Government is doing about it:

And then there is the Internet.... but Channel 7 definitely suck in this department:

Listened to first 20 minutes on my way into work. I was waiting for another threat from FTC (am I allowed to abbreviate him?) in relation to the impending rumoured Nano and pix. Luckily, (at least so far), it wasn't forthcoming!

Meanwhile the PC part of me gave a little cheer at Decryptions terabyte server box admission. What OS are you running, hopefully some linux derivation?

You mean 3.5TB

Still haven't chosen an OS yet. Don't know if I can be arsed fudging around with Linux and I have a couple of spare OEM copies of XP Pro.

^Makes my 2TB box look shameful (and it's barely half full).

But as a simple home server hidden in a corner somewhere, XP pro is fairly hard to beat.

Meanwhile can Apple hurry up and release new Mini's etc, preferably with some cool Media Center style interface that will use BDA compatible tuners. Vista Media Center is great but Vista itself is a buggy POS.

Nearly getting into a fight at the pub over the Telstra iPhone plans... I like my podcasters to go that extra mile.
