Didn't know the reviews were written by someone at IceTV. This Kerri-Anne one was quite funny...

Kerri-Anne Kennerley has been on Aussie TV almost as long as Bert Newton. The eye lift was worth it because she still looks super-enthusiastic about anything and everything, even in the morning.

Props to that person.

I've noticed that sometimes they complain about reruns. I like IceTV summaries.

The IceTV descriptions are written in house by our guide team. I like them too. A bit of bite and honesty never goes astray
Thanks again for the props on the podcast!

From the podcast (regarding AppleTV and TV recording): Pete's right as far as I know... There's a couple of different varients of DVB-T (Aus, UK and most of Europe) and ATSC (US and Canada).
Wiki copy + paste:
DVB-T (Most of Europe, Aus, NZ)
ATSC (North America)
ISDB (Japan/Brazil)
SBTVD (Brazil)
DMB (China/Korea)
Apple could cover a lot of the world with DVB-T, but ATSC isn't actually that handy in the US, where most people have cable TV. So Apple would also need to support CableCards.
That's not the biggest issue though. The biggest challenge would be getting an EPG. Getting that sorted in each country would be very interesting and not easy.
