Joke ladies. Very good. Very informative and even a little gay at the end.

The mic'ing still needs work, IMHO.
Gareth sounded like he was lying back on a recliner on the other side of the room.
I don't know much about recording audio like this, but do you have headphones on to hear what you actually sound like through the mics, or are you just talking to each other?
Oter than that, you're doing really well, just relax a bit more, slow down, and things will always get better with time.
Oh, and maybe feature something from the forums some more. Mention the Post Yr Setup thread, or something else each week, create cross-over from podcast to forums.

"Um, anyone, um, want to comment, um on things, um, about last week's podcast? Um, I had some, um, thoughts but, um, forgot them". Try writing some notes next time A strong first minute (even if partially scripted) will get everyone into the groove and make it flow a little more.
I have no sodding objection to swearing but doing it bloody gratuitously serves no fucking purpose.
Having an interview with ClockWork about how he makes a living in the Mac world would be interesting. As would many of his tech support horror stories.

That is the funniest thing I've seen all week. I cannot beleive people are actually tuning in to listen to us morons.

That's probably because I was, I've never used a mic before and couldn't hear what was being recorded. So now I know for next time, going to bring some headphones with me so I can hear what's going on.
