iCal issues.
So I tried mobile me, after getting sick of getting spam from myself?!.
Tried Syncing Contacts - all was ok.
Calenders - nothing synced. It also deleted everything I had in iCal. I then reverted back to a saved backup of iCal and now, event 10 seconds iCal swiches from using the backup and being completly blank.
I've gotten out of mobile me, and quit the account, but I want my calender to stay there! It won't!

Help! Please! I'm worried about syncing my iPhone with my computer now, as i'm worried I'll loose that copy of the calender too.

Location: where it's damn hot in summer and freezing in winter.
Check to see that the time zones are the same on both your mobileme and you mac.
Also, set up your ical only, choose to sync from mobileme and give it some time.
Dock your iphone to your mac and make sure that syncing ical is selected.
If none of that works, I'm out of ideas.

I still have the same problems but also have no idea to do!!

No I have to check my iCal (on iPhone) and type them into my desktop!!
