Well unless you buy a touchscreen LCD or a graphics tablet, I don't think that's possible.
My question is why you would want to ?
Most people can type faster than they can write and unless you have superb handwriting , the result would look pretty ordinary.
As someone who owns a Newton, I can attest to this already.
My best efforts using the OCR technology with my writing is that it looked like a 5 year old had written it.
OK , I know my writing is pretty crap anyway but I'm just trying to make a point.
If you go down this route, the app you would be after is called "Inkwell" and is built into the Apple OS.
