Pretty much.
Apple, Microsoft and Internode are the only download servers that max out my connection. |

Patience. We only just got it 5 mins ago. Some are still downloading the ~250MB file!
No direct link yet, get it via iTunes and look for ipsw later in Finder.
It is located in:
