What is Schedule 2 of your Developer Agreement?

Since I want to sell apps, I need to submit some forms that are no later than 30 days after "Schedule 2 of your Developer Agreement". What is this! Has anybody had experience with this? Also, could somebody point me in the direction of the thread that talked about dealing with the US about getting a number which you have to supply to Apple when you lodge your paid apps forms (I'm sorry if that made no sense)?

If you can't figure this stuff out for yourself then you should probably talk to an accountant.

It's not difficult, but it can be a bit tricky making sure everything is properly in place. That and the last thing you want is the Tax man doing an audit on you and finding out you've done something wrong.
