I too had my first phone replaced...

so I'm wondering what kind of percentage are we talking about....

Yes it had a small patch of light bleeding from the bottom right hand corner that got bigger as the weeks went by. Replaced by telstra at no cost and were very helpful.

I did. As mentioned in the other thread:

My iPhone was not displaying calls often. Someone would call me, yet the phones display would not show anything. I called Apple and had a replacement in 48 hours.

Optus did the replacement of ours. Girlfriend got sand in button and it would stick all the time. They replaced it no problems. then she lost it the week later.

I wonder what is happening to all these old iPhones. None have shown up on the Refurb store!

I went to get mine replaced for a few dead pixels but this was proving difficult, luckily enough the shop I was in had zero reception - so they replaced it for poor reception. My second phone had reception so I guess my original was busted. No problem since.

Odd. I went to Telstra Life last week because the speaker where the ear is was not working. I asked if they could replace it but 'No, defiantly can not! We have to send it in for repairs. I may take two weeks'. Is this good enough?
