How to separate business and personal contacts?

Does anyone know of a good way to separate business and personal contacts? I use my iPhone for personal use and business use. I therefore need to keep contacts from work and personal contacts in my iPhone. I don't really want to clutter up my address book with both sets of contacts.

Anyone got any suggestions? Either an app (jailbroken is fine although would prefer app store app) or way to do it with the built in contacts manager.

Thanks!

Can't you use the groups feature of contacts. Create groups on your Mac in your address book and sync across?

I'm syncing with a PC unfortunately. Been very tempted to buy a MacBook Pro but work provides a free laptop so I just can't quite justify the cost.

Is there a way to set this up in Windows (using Outlook), also, if so, how do you display just one group in the contacts manager on the iPhone?

It is rather annoying for those of us in mixed PC/Mac type environments. I'm sure it would be a synch to program up something so that you could sync your iphone with two pc's and have two different calendars/groups of contacts. One of the things I love about my new Mac is that I can have multiple calendars now on the iphone which wasn't possible under PC, though there would be no reason why you shouldn't be able to have multiple outlook calendars synced separately with the iphone, it just hasn't been programmed to do it. I've now moved my calendar and contacts to my Mac and am not syncing with the work one at all.

Yeah, very annoying. On that, is it possible to sync the iPhone directly to an iCal feed, I haven't seen a setting and the iPhone refuses to sync with iCal feeds setup in Outlook?
