Why no Video Recorder from the App Store?
Why is there no Video Recorder application available through the App Store? I believe you can get one on a jailbroken iPhone through Cydia so obviously the software exists to save video using the camera. So why are there no such apps available for purchase. Surely some developer has attempted to get it on iTunes so is Apple blocking the use of the camera as a video? Perhaps they have their own plans for adding this ability. Hopefully it is sooner rather than later and is a software solution not hardware.

There are a few technical limitations through the Official SDK that do stop an app like that being produced.
