AND now you have discovered a big bummer of the iphone settings, you cant change store settings on the fly, you must be synced back to your main computer in order to change the store location settings.

Great little app. One thing i would like is an option to pay by PayPal. I think that could potentially bring you some more business for those of us with full credit cards!! or those that are simply watching what they put on them or those who even just done feel comfortable putting those details on the net.

No for a paid subscription i meant. to Subscribe to Ice the only option is Credit Card. Paypal would be handy to have. And open up your market a bit more too IMO

Awesome integration and ease of use. However I set jack the ripper to record last night on ABC. for some reason it recorded channel 9,

I am not convinced this is the iphone apps fault as when i checked the schedule on the mac it showed ABC

Weird

Yep, Aus store only (we could have listed everywhere, but I think that might have been confusing).

I agree. We're certainly looking into different payment methods. PayPal would be good.

Damn. I'm not sure I can offer a solution, but the iPhone app uses the same back end as the rest of the IceTV remote recording, so a bug is likely to be a global bug. Please report that to IceTV support (do you have your region and everything working well on EyeTV or whatever you're using to record?).

So how does it work to remotely schedule recordings for Media Center... do you need a full ice tv account to do that, or can you use the free one?

Yeah, you need to pay for an account. Make sure your media center supports IceTV and you're good to go. It's great having it do series records any time a show comes on TV and it is truly amazing being able to set something to record when you're not at home.

Multiple listings

I'm getting multiple listings of the same program on the TV guide for each time period. Is there any way I can change this in settings?

(a 'view by channel' interface as per the widget - apologies for the quick&nasty cut and paste image)

... to me it's easier to choose what I want to watch, than the 'view by time' interface.
I like that it would be so much easier to navigate
