I'd like to get into iPhone app development... much like that game I was going to create, and various other systems I was going to try make... never seems to happen (I had some pipe dreams since finishing uni, but being a developer at work (5 of the past 7 years, .net at the moment) find it hard to get motivated at home.

Still though, I ordered that Cocoa Programming book that seems to be fairly popular, so perhaps that'll spur me on!

I've wanted to learn how to programme etc, but don't even know where to start.

Sounds interesting.

"Contact the agent responsible for the property" is there twice
Was there meant to be another "Contact..." wording there?

Corrected... thanks

added: forgot to mention core location... you can see how far is one house from your current location...

Docoloco for iPhone is almost 100% Australian content.

It's a local recommendations site. Restaurants, coffee, pubs etc.

Currently building a train timetable app that won't require an internet connection so that it can be used on an iPod Touch as well as to speed up to process. First release will be for Melbourne.

Hopefully can submit it to Apple this week.

Will be interesting to see if you can get that through, I remember reading somewhere on Apple's terms that you need to own the copyright on all data in your app, or something to that effect. There are those NYC ones though hm..

We'll see how it goes. The only thing that I am concerned would be with the train line map that I have. How can one claim they own "times" though? From my point of view, the operators might hold the copy right to the string values of the time that they display, but if your data is stored in a different way, wouldn't that be treated as a different data? Anyways, I'll see how things go. Hopefully it'll be on the store soon. Will show you guys screen shots when I hear on the progress.

Melbourne tram arrival application

I'm working on an app that interfaces with Yarra Trams' Tram Tracker service that provides tram arrival information for Melbourne trams. PM me if you're interested in beta testing. =)

Ancient Wisdom V1.2

I'm happy to say that my first application is on iTunes and ready for download.

With this application i've kept everything simple. Giving the user the opportunity to read some wisdom from the masters of eastern philosophy: Lao Tzu, Sun Tzu and Miyamoto Musashi.

or check it out here KyMel Mobile | Home
I'd love some comments and ways to improve this. I have some plans for the next version.

I must say that in the 10 days or so that this has been on the store. It's had over 30,000 downloads so I'm stoked.

I've also started working on a new Game for the iPhone / iPod Touch.

Nice work kyle!

I'm just about to submit a time sheet / time tracking app, called Jobs. More info on Jobs here.

I made a web-app version of Transferr (bookmarking/personalised homepage site I also designed). It's quite useful for checking your bookmarks on the iPhone if you keep them on Transferr...
