Apps for the iPhone
What sort off apps would people find useful for the 3G iPhone.
Personally I'd like to have a simple word processor and a spreadsheet program. Simplified versions.
What would you like to see available?

I think a word processor would be hell to use without cut/copy/paste.
I don't know exactly what I want as apps, but I was wowed in the WWDC keynote and I'm sure I'll be wowed when the appstore opens.

I can see that going wrong big time, someone steals your phone and gets every password and pin number :S

Well obviously it needs to be secure, and with 2.0 there is the added protection of remote wipe...

IPhone: iPhone Gets a MacBook Air Keyboard Mod
Currently using this, and I think it's cool. Would be nice to see if it could come over.

Cut/Copy/Paste is sorely missing for me. Can't see it being an app, but boy it should be.

I just use the notes app. It's great and serves its purpose really well. What extra features would you want?
It:
- Does spell checking as you type
- Can have multiple documents
- Can email documents
- Is nice

marc, is that a standard pre installed app?
Sounds like that would be good enough.

I guess i put this question in here. Can the iPhone support multiple windows of safari open. reason being when i use internet banking with bendigo bank, when i press login, a new smaller window opens for me to put my details into. Do you know if this is going to work with iPhone? a test would be good for current iPhone owners.
www.bendigobank.com.au
and press login.
Thanks

Yes it works. You can have up to 8 windows open at once in Mobile Safari.
