I'm only doing this as a last resort, guys! I've tried Shazam, I've tried Googling, I've tried everything, and I still don't know what the song on the latest Target ad is!

Basically, it's the ad with the still frames of a girl, and she's on these colourful blankets, and the blankets start moving around. Eventually she's joined by a guy.

The music has a laid-back, indie, strummy sort of feel. Are there any Mactalkers that can enlighten me as to what the music is? Thanks!

The music is “Everything & Everyone” by Boys & Girls, a side project for Marc Bianchi of Her Space Holiday fame. Lead vocalist Annabel Feeney is joined by Ann Yu from Love Like Fire, Tracy Uba from Sugao, Matthew Shaw and Nick Andre from City Light.
Sound was mixed at Nylon Studios, Sydney.

It seems as though it's going to be out later, whilst they are "in the process of securing online distribution for "everyone and everything," as well as all other future boys and girls releases," according to their MySpace page.

Again, thanks so much! At least their MySpace provides a full song preview. That'll tide me over until they release it (even though it's only low quality).

That is a great ad - very nicely constructed, and well complemented by the music. Congrats to the creators!
And thanks for the links guys. Though I will probably wait to see it FTA on the rare occasions I watch TV, it snice to know they're there.

So please don't ask me how this works - I'm not quite sure either!
I decided to check out their MySpace today to see if they had released it anywhere else for downloads, then decided to try that Snocap thing - except it warned me that I had already purchased it?! So yep, log in and check out my transaction history - and there it was.

Despite me not punching in any details (credit card or PayPal) and it not being available outside of Australia, it had decided that I had purchased the song and was only too happy to let me download it!

Since you can't legally get it anywhere else, until such a time that you can do so (from iTunes or similar), I've uploaded it here - http://stuff.bgiles.net/EveryoneandEverything.zip
When it's all good and you can *buy* it from somewhere, I'll take it down.
