iPhone Dock Charging question

I bought the dock for the iPhone, that sits on my desk. I'm just wondering, can it damage the iPhone's battery to have it sitting in the dock even when it's fully charged? It sits in the dock on my desk all day long.

It shouldnt do. Mine sits in a dock connected to my laptop all day and it's fine. Just make sure you run the battery down on a semi-regular (every week or two) basis just to keep the battery in good health. That should be all you need

Nah, the iPhone shuts off charging the battery when it's full, so you can leave it plugged in as much as you want. I should get myself a dock...
