iphone and daylight savings problem

Looking for assistance. My iphone changed the time correctly this past sunday morning for daylight savings. But my calendar is now all messed up. Every appointment is showing up 1 hour past it's originally scheduled time on the iphone but the appointments are the correct time in my microsoft outlook calendar on my computer. Even if I input a new appointment on my computer let's say for 6pm it shows up on my iphone for 7pm. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
THanks.

Check that Time Zone Support in Settings - Mail,Contacts,Calendars - Calendars is either switched off (which then runs calendar as per current location) or that your Time Zone is correct when Time Zone Support is switched on.
This should fix it.

SMS Time Zone support

thread resurrection time (apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - where's that wiki, decryption? i joke)

- Does Optus have time zone support for SMS ?

On Optus in Queensland, an SMS appears at the other (Queensland) end with a Daylight Savings time. The phone shows the correct local time and the 'chat' trail shows it local time, but a Queenslander at the other end sees an ESST time stamp.

And Yes! I have Time Zone support turned on.
