Help! iPhone stuck on favourites...

Hi everyone. I've had my iPhone for about a month, and it seems to now be stuck on the 'favourites' page. I have tried holding the button down for ages, taking the SIM card out etc, but nothing is working.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hold down the power button and the home button simultaneously until the iPhone restarts.

You should be all good then

hold down both the power and the menu button at the same time for about 10 secs... it should restart the iphone. If this doesn't work... what happens when you plug it in to your computer? is it detected?

it's called a reboot, and you're gonna need to do that from time to time

iPhone is more computer than phone, a pretty stable computer, but they all need a reboot from time to time, just to freshen things up

I am wondering how you managed to get the SIM out without powering it down - better still, don't tell me...

Just remove the SIM tray? It supports SIM-swapping on the fly
