iPhone with virgin not calling out

so this is weird. My iPhone does not call out. I can send messages but I unable to dial out. When I call someone it just times out or the phone just says calling and does nothing. There is no dialtone. Is this virgins fault? I have just reset the iPhone twice and last week I restored what can I do?

Is the phone jailbroken? If not, you may need to re-install the software.

SAme. Just spoken to Virgin. All NSW and QLD is down for incoming and outgoing calls. SMS and email/web is ok. Not sure if its just Virgin or Optus as well

OK on the Sunshine Coast for the last hour or so. Virgin said it could be til tomorrow before its fixed so blew a sigh of relief when I finally managed to make a call. Anyone have this problem today in NSW, QLD or Vic on Optus or was/is it a Virgin prob?
