iPhone - Safari keeps crashing

anyone experience their safari crashing whenever it loads 'heavy' websites or sites which have some 'flash' on it?

for some reason, my iphone crashes quite often nowadays loading sites like heraldsun.com.au and ign.com.au.

any help would be appreciated.

Flash will never, and can never load on the iphone, so thats not the issue for starters.

How often is 'often'?

Once a day or so?

I've found after running for several days mine crashes a bit in safari. Shutting it down and re-starting seems to help.

Mine crashes a lot in Safari - mactalk, google, ebay, chinesepod, you name it (usually when I'm trying to post a reply). Netnewswire crashes a lot too. To the point where I no longer want to turn on the damn thing except to play music.

One thing I have found with Mobile Safari is that with large sites, wait for the site to completely load then start typing text/scrolling around/pinching in.

This works for me

Ricky.

i could say it crashes nearly every single time i do a 5 minutes surf.

for example, while shopping for ps3/wii games, ill go onto ign.com.au to try get review/ratings before making a decision but each time i try to load the next page or even the first page, it crashes.

only sites like google with very little pics or less intensive works fine.

do you think having too many applications may play this up?
