Why not discuss this in the iPhone section, not Apple General?

Also it helps to phrase your questions in some sort of legible manner. So you are running iTunes 8.0.1?

Home and power (sleep/wake) does not reset. It takes a screenshot.

If you want to power down and reboot. Hold the sleep/wake button.

  • Have you tried to reboot your machine?
  • Reinstalled iTunes?
  • Tried another machine?

I also had trouble understanding your post.

See a Genius if you are unable to fix the problem.

I have responded to your PM about this.
