iPhone screen fade on/off ?
I was playing with a 2nd gen touch at Myer the other day and noticed the screen fades on & off, rather then just instantly blanking out like my iPhone 3G and my old edge iPhone did - is this an iPod touch 2ndg feature only or something?

It's really smooth, would love this added as a software update in 2.2....


Or is my iPhone dodgy? :S
