Killed my iPhone again
Hi guys,

What the hell second time now through no fault of my own that i can think of my iPhone has frozen on the apple symbol that you see when starting the phone and it does nothing else except an occasional vibration!

syncing does nothing as it crashes itunes. The phone wont recognize any input nothing!

Last time this happened Telstra gave me a whole new phone now not again!
What have I done wrong twice now!

DFU mode is achieved by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds then I try syncing this still crashes itunes

Am I doing it right?

I have itunes recognizing the iPhone now doing a restore and it has been sitting on the "Preparing iPhone software for restore" screen for the last 10 mins is this normal?
