Newbie has frozen her 3G iphone on the first day
hi there, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Installed quickpwn on new 3g iphone, firmware 2.02. Then decided to try and get rid of quickpwn by going to settings, general and deleting all data and content. Phone said it would take an hour to do this. Came back and found iphone frozen on the pineapple logo. Cannot reach springboard at all now. Can shut down with power and home key held, but when turn back on with power key just get stuck at the pineapple again, with a little bit of that 'loading' graphic superimposed over the pineapple.
How do I unfreeze this thing? My mac is not picking up the phone via cable anymore either.

Try putting the phone into DFU mode and restoring 2.0.2 firmware - Try this video tutorial on doing that See how you go Good Luck!!
