Unpwn 3G and Restore Backup
Hey guys, just a quick question.
I've worked out that I can reverse out the pwnage hack on my 3G device.

What I am curious about is - if I was to use a backup that was made whilst I had the jailbreak on the phone - can I use that backup on Apple standard firmware (iPhone1,2_2.0_5A347_Restore.ipsw) to restore my settings and messages and such?

The reason I ask is because there may be stuff like 3rd party apps in that backup.
I am uncertain if this will correctly restore.

Would love any help or clarification that can be given.

I'm pretty sure it will work. I restored a JB backup over a vanilla firmware, it restored everything including apps that i hadn't purchased.. these apps just didn't work, but the free apps i purchased before jailbreaking continued to work.

Ok cool - I guess I'll just juggle a pre-JB backup and a JB backup and see which one feels nicer.
