How to disable auto backing up

Hi There guys,

i had a quick search in the forum to see if this had already been mentioned, but if you're like me and you're kind of over this whole auto-backing up of iPhone shenanigans that iTunes just seems to love, well i stumbled across an article on iPhoneFreakz that shows how to disable it.

For Mac Users:
Mac users: Disable iPhone backup for faster sync » iPhone Productivity Tools, iPhone Tips& tricks » iPhoneFreakz

For Windows:
Windows Users: Disable iTunes backup for faster sync » iPhone News, iPhone Tips& tricks » iPhoneFreakz

Please note the information given prior to the guide on the website, as it does indicate that YOUR IPHONE WILL NOT BE BACKED UP after executing the script.
I believe the article also suggests you can re-enable the autobackup if desired.

Hope this helps anybody!
