Battery not charging
My wife's 8Gb iphone is refusing to charge up. i've tried plugging it into both wall and computer and neither worked. next step is to do a re-install of her software to see if the firmware rebuild will help

anyone got any other suggestions??

If the firmware change makes no difference the the place of purchase to get a new one would be best. Sounds like some issue with the battery which maybe no good or even a loose connection is also possible.
