iPh: Loudspeaker problem? [False Alarm] [iPhone only has one external speaker, not 2]

Hey guys, just playing wit my new iPhone and I realised if i cover the speaker on the left, not much sound comes out of the right. What gives? When putting the ipohone close to my ear, I can only hear music comming from the right. Please don't tell me my iPhone is faulty. =S

Cool

Relax dude - you will be pleased - if not perhaps a touch embarrassed to learn that there is only one speaker at the base of the iphone - the other side is a microphone. Info is available on the apple website.

You were not the first - nor I imagine will you be the last.

Oh thank god. I was getting worried then.

Yes, quite embarrassed.

Sheesh, who would want a repair on the second day?

Title edited.
