Cisco clean access and iphone/ipod touch v2.0

So, finally i am able to connect to my university's wireless network and i find a login page using cisco clean access. Without java i apparently cant get past this step which means i cannot access the internet at uni using my ipod touch.
Has anybody managed to configure their ipod/iphone to get past this step?

iPhone supports Javascript, but not Java, and it sounds like the problem the OP is having is the lack of Java.

The Clean Access Agent (abbreviation: CCAA, "Cisco Clean Access Agent") resides on the client's machine, authenticates the user, and scans for the required patches and software. Currently the Clean Access Agent application is only available for Windows operating systems (Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP Media Center Edition, and Windows Vista); most network administrators allow clients with non-Windows operating systems (such as Mac OS X, Mac OS 9, Linux, and FreeBSD) to access the network without any security checks (authentication is still required and is usually handled via a Web interface).
Sounds like you need to start pestering someone.
