iphone and other itunes libraries

hey im going to get the iphone 3g this week, hopefully, and i was thinking of signing my gf up for one as well. just a few qs about sharing an itunes library. can 2 iphones work on the same itunes on the same mac? if i dock her iphone onto my macbook and then dock into onto my imac will it erase or restore her iphone? using the app store if i download an app can i send it to her, or can she sync the iphone to my imac and sync the app without re purchasing it on her iphone?

thanks guys!

Two iPhones on the same Mac? Not sure... I don't see why not since you can own several iPods on the same Mac.

Docking your gf's iPhone onto your Mac? It won't erase unless you want it to. It should prompt you that the iPhone is from another library (if it is) and then ask would you like to sync with this one, meaning erase. Say no.

Otherwise just a dock will simply charge her iPhone.

It won't do anything unless you tell it to - it's not going to automatically wipe the phone upon connection.

I'm unsure about the other App Store questions since I don't use it really, but I think the answer is no to all of your App Store questions - you can't share apps because that would be stealing from the App Store (assuming paid Apps).

Correct me if any of this is wrong... we've only had the iPhone 3G out for a few days. Only one way to answer your questions... try it!
