Hey Guys,

I got myself the 16gb iphone, been working brilliantly, no issues until today, when i try and go into "maps" it loads the app, with a blank grey screen (no maps load), sits on that for about 4-6seconds, then just goes back to the home screen.

Any ideas?

I've tried rebooting the phone (lots of times).

And have just tried a full restore to factory settings from iTunes, still not working....?

Edit: I've read about apps crashing, with a black screen flashing then back to home screen, no black flash though, so i think this is different, i can't even begin to use maps before it crashes.

I had some third party apps crashing on me (as per your edit) which I was only able to fix by unsyncing them and then resyncing them. Restarting didn't help.

Buggered if I know how you get that to work on a native app though.
