i use visual hub. there are quite a few apps that do it.

Only drawback is that it doesn't convert mkv files into any file format with 5.1 surround system.

But if you're a bit of a tightarse, or don't have a PayPal account, you can try out iSquint, which is just as good if you only need that feature.
