podcast problems with 1.1.4 iPhone

I got my iPhone yesterday and promptly updated to 1.1.4 and used ijailbreak to unlock it. There is a problem when I play podcasts where I can't fast forward them. It just quits back to the podcast list. It just doesn't seem to like podcasts at all. Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be? I can't find an answer anywhere!

Same problem here on the iPod touch. I'm on 1.1.3 i think... it's the latest version.

I've just been checking it out some more, and it seems it's not all the podcasts. From what I can tell it's only Pete & Myf and Hamish & Andy that are being crap - I guess it might be a problem with Austereo's podcasts rather than my iPhone... I even went to the trouble of restoring it and using ziphone instead of ijailbreak to see if that helped. Any idea why these podcasts in particular might not be loving the iphone? Or a workaround?
Cheers.

I've got the same issues with the Hamish & Andy Podcast on my iPod 30gig, iPod Touch and iPhone. I've sent feedback to them via this form:

Strangely enough, the Kyle & Jackie O podcast doesn't have the problem, so perhaps they are using different software to encode?

All other podcasts are fine.

Regards,
Shane.

Had this problem way back in the day with the Get This podcast...it's the way Austereo puts out the podcasts, it's not your iPhone or iPod.

x2. It's shitty encoding.

Although who'd want to listen to Kyle and Jackie-O live, let alone in their own time, so maybe it's a feature?
