virgin edge

it seems the past 2 days my virgin internet service is not woking at all.

it has worked perfect the past 5 months.. but now.. out of the blue it just wont work in anyway.

The APN is still "VirginInternet"

Anytime i try to access E-mail or anything i get

"could not activate EDGE: You are not subscribed to EDGE"

Any ideas..
Been on hold to virgin for 1 and a half hours now..

Useless.

Maybe try restoring your firmware to see if you still have the issue?

Go to settings, general, network, edge, APN change from Virgininternet to internet. You have nothing to lose if it does not work change back and stay on hold
