i followed this guide http://www.nogeek.org/2007/11/30/jai...he-iphone-112/ and got up to downloading appsnap but then when i did it just went to the begining where it sais slide for emergency and does nothing....ive waited and done everything and nothing is heppening without this i cant unlock my iphone

Why didn't you ask for help or tutorials/guides, before doing something you aren't sure of?

i baught it with a baseband 4.6 and have downgraded to 1.1.1 and up to 1.1.2 about 3 times now my iphone is fully unlocked with 1.1.2 and installer

im wondering if updating to 1.1.3 through the installer will uograde to a fully unlocked 1.1.3 with installer and phone capability

You can just follow the soft-upgrade guide to 1.1.3 via Installer I believe and that will get you up to 1.1.3 with the 1.1.2 baseband.
