They're stored on the Installer repositories etc and can be redownloaded/reinstalled on demand?
What's the point of backing it up?
You can SSH into your iPhone and copy them from /Applications if you must.

Your sentence is quite hard to understand... but:
Sync first.
Downgrade.
Sync back.
Install third party etc etc.

Ugh english please!!
Softupdate using dev teams is doable for 1.1.3, look in installer.app
as for the itunes question, no, u need SSH and a ftp client.
Hope that helps..

30? You use/need that many apps regularly?
Can you type properly please? It's really hard to understand what you're trying to say.
What did your iPhone come with out of the box? What bootloader? What is it running now? Provide details before anyone can help you.
You can install OpenSSH using Installer and possibly VT-100.

my advice is get a usb cord, its not wise to do it with out power..
as for upgrading to 1.1.3 i believe its doable now threw installer.app and you no longer need to go back to 1.0.2.

You do all hacking/updating at YOUR own risk, i take no responsibility.
My advice is dont rush and have a look threw some previous posts or use your best friend google.

Get yourself a USB cable and a wireless network + computer, at the minimum. Dock and AC charger are optional but recommended as well as a fast Internet connection and position yourself near the router with a Mac for SFTP etc that might be required/reading guides.
