To setup email, go to your Settings, then scroll down to Mail. In there you can setup your accounts.

To update contacts, go to the Phone, then click Contacts, then press the contact you want to edit, then press Edit.

thanks

Thanks for the quick response.

Will I get email just moving around the CBD? Are there hotspots to pick up emails?

To get email "on the go" wi-fi is not suitable. You need to use the data portion of your mobile phone plan. Email is pretty light data-wise, so as long as you have mobile phone signal, you will have email. be careful though, some providers really gouge for data, so check your contract and plan to see how much it costs.

Isn't it possible to get your email over wi-fi when you're in a hotspot ?

Oh it sure is - but if you're travelling around the CBD, you'll lose a wi-fi connection. But if you can find a hotspot, and stay there, email will work fine and is preferable to using your mobile data (faster and cheaper).

The iPhone seamlessly roams between em, so if you are in a hotspot, and move away, it will ask you to connect to any new hotspots it can find, or it will just revert to your mobile data.
