Cool No service

Hi Guys
Love your forum even though some of the stuff you talk about is over my head. I have had the phone for 3 months and used aussieiphoneunlock.com.au instructions to unlock and load the IMEE. I decided this week to update the firmware to 1.1.2 and will not bore you with the details but it went wrong. I had to restore using itunes then used your tread on iclarified to down grade to 1.1.1 modem firmware is 04.02.13-g I then used aussieiphoneunlock u tube instructions to jailbreak and put installer ect back on the phone. Everything went to plan except when swapping the sim to my Optus sim I am getting no service. I have tried power of and reinserting the sim to no effect. I have re run sim free which is stating the phone is unlocked. can anyone shed any light on this issue

Thats the iphonesimfree method m8 you paid for unlock & support. You would be best to contact them as most folks around here have used the free anySIM method.

You might find some info on modmyifone.com as they have a range of users on all methods of unlock.

The folks over on hackent0sh will not even speak to ya as they are the DEV team who make anySIM.
