If you stay logged in, with iTunes running, you can share your library so that other users who log into the same Mac can see the shared library.
There are probably other ways to do it, such as storing your music in a shared folder, and each user having an iTunes library (database) that looks at that shared folder. But then you would each have to periodically scan for new music to add to the library database.
Or you could buy a NAS that has a media server built in to it.
