Set it up in the "Sharing" tab of the preferences in iTunes, both computers need to have iTunes running, and it should appear in your sidebar in the other computer's iTunes.
Then you can just play the songs as if they were on your local computer. It works both ways between the Mac<-->PC.

Might also need to make some changes to the firewall settings to enable on the Mac-> system preferences->sharing->Firewall-> Tick iTunes music sharing. On the PC depends on the firewall program??
