items in Cydia that are not there anymore?

Hi guys
I just jailbroke my iphone a couple of weeks ago, and then updated to 2.1 yesterday. Today I jailbroke 2.1 and went to cydia to grab some apps and graphics that I had before and they are not showing up any more, theres at least 6 things that have disappeared, is that normal for things to not show up in there? Could they have ALL been removed?

They were...

appflow
analogue 2 battery charger
mini duracel battery thing
fuel gauge battery charger
the colored wifi indicator
retro dialer

and maybe others that i cant remember....
