I have a 16gb and will be staying put. I have an iPod that has my whole music library on it so I only have a couple playlist and podcasts on my iPhone. For what I need 16gb is good enough atm.
If down the track I find I fill it up I might look at switching over.

I think the worst thing about 32gb would be how long it would take to load music on it. It's bad enough syncing 16gb of stuff as it's just so slow (compared to my Nano positively glacial almost). 32gb would be horrible, you wouldn't want to have to reload your media to often.

I would have serious egg on my face if a 32 GB came out. I swore to a friend that her boyfriend (who works for a telco) was wrong about another version coming out in September, that it was just improved software.

i work in a major telco, and i can tell you there is no iphone 32gb comming out in the next 2 months.
