#1 rule on the internet. If it's too good to be true then it most probably is...
This is definitely a scam, don't hand over any money to these idiots.

I got an email back from him, I had asked if he uses Paypal (security for me) he said he did not use that because it takes ages for him to get the money and he looses heaps of fees - I don't understand that at all.
I feel this is a nasty scammer. thanks to everyone who helped me see the light, finally. I just want an iphone so badly...

"Hi mate I understand your position. I export from New Zealand and we have similar problems here. You have to sign up to Vodafone for $250 per month and still have to pay $600 for the phone!
However I import from the USA and direct from Apple. My prices are as follows:
8GB NZ$229
16GB NZ$319
NEW 32GB NZ$329*
The new 32GB model are currently being shipped from my storage facility in LA, USA and I can offer a price of only $329 as the phone will be shipped directly from LA to you instead of going to NZ and then shipping it across the ditch.
Please note that I will be shipping the 32GB models on Thursday so from that point onwards the new standard price for the 32GB model will come in place which is NZ$399.
!!!CLEARENCE SPECIAL - LAST DAYS!!!
Buy an iPhone and get a great discount on a 20GB PS3!
Buy an 8GB iPhone and get the PS3 for only NZ$80!
Buy a 16GB iPhone and get the PS3 for only NZ$50!
Buy a 32GB iPhone and get the PS3 for only NZ$20!
HURRY PROMOTION ENDS 5:00pm TUESDAY 02DEC08 GMT+12"

32 GB Touch in Sept
32 GB iPhone in January (that was the assumption I made when I chose the 16 GB iPhone)
any sooner and there will be riots, I suspect, given how long people had to wait to get the 3G in the first place...

I dont think apple will release a 32GB iPhone, but provided that they dont drop the prices of the other models and just intro it as more expensive, like they did with the 32GB iPod touch, then they wont have people crying like last years price drop!

ROFL.
32Gb Touch has been out for ages. Why there is no equivalent iPhone is a mystery.
Now that Apple has sold all the old 16Gb memory stacks to the fanboiz, they can now upgrade the iPhone to 32Gb.
Be even funnier when they made the camera 5 M pixel like the chip can actually support. Then you can really cry over something. That's quality - not just capacity upgrade.
Apple upped the original iPhone from 8Gb to 16Gb at exactly the same event last year. So anyone that thinks they can't do the same is deluded.

How many people would ditch their 8 or 16GB 3G iPhones if a 32GB version were to come out?

8 & 16GB is loads of space, not many people need 32GB of space in a phone! Thats what external drives are for like time capsule!
