Yeah, I see these ones too - let me know if they work - the charging part, and the FM tuner part.
My wife and I both need car chargers with cradles, preferably with the FM tuner as well.

AFAIK there is no different marking for a product that works with iPhone 3G to a regular certified for iPhone product.
I can tell you that most of the products that I have used in this office that are certified to work with iPhone (pre-3G) also work with the new model.
These include:
Kensington Car Charger for iPod
Griffin PowerJolt (Works with iPhone marked model)
Kensington Mini-Battery Pack
Kensington Battery Pack
To my knowledge there is a very small set of products that are certified and does not work with the new 3G model.

I picked up an Elano eCharger from Strathfield today for $19.95. It has a 'charges iPhone 3G' sticker on it, and although I've only tried it briefly, it seems to work just fine.

Yeah i've seen these on ebay as well. Would love to know how your goes but even if the charger doesn't work i guess you still have a cradle that mounts to the windshield.
let me know how your purchase goes, as i'm rather interested. :-)

As far as I know it they haven't arrived yet - but I've been off sick, and they're being delivered to work. Will post as soon as I know... seriously, I'll be out in the car park within 5 minutes of the thing arriving...

meh, screw that... went out to the car park, and:
-(a) does it charge the iphone: YES
-(b) does it play ipod over the stereo: YES
-(c) does it play phone audio over the stereo: YES
Not bad for $17

(plus I like that it's down low, not up on the windscreen like you seen GPS toys all the time)

That looks promising - I've seen these on eBay, does the music play via the FM radio or an aux input? Do you have any more info about how the phone audio works e.g. does it mute music when in use?

Via an FM tuner. It came with a very short cable which goes from the earphone socket into another 3.5 mm socket on the bracket. The FM tuner is build into the bracket, and you can adjust the frequency to whatever you want on the FM band (88.1 - 107.9).
I made a call in the car with it, and the phone put the sound out through the car speakers.
Mute the music when a call comes in? - well the iPhone does that anyway, so I can't see it being a problem (when the music is coming from the iphone, rather than playing a CD in the car stereo etc).
Basically, looks like it works brilliantly, and much cheaper than the $99 I saw locally.
Build quality was better than I expected too.
I might have futher views on it tomorrow, once I've used it on the road a bit...
