rushfaster.com.au - if you get a double order, do the right thing :)
Hi all
I bought 2 x Griffin Wave cases from rushfaster.com.au 2 weeks ago, got them last week - great service, great products.
Yesterday, to my surprise, I received another 2 x Griffin Wave cases again. Obviously they made a mistake.
I called rushfaster just now and told them about this.
I found out that apparently, a couple of weeks ago they had a guy working in their factory who was not recording orders properly, so they were unsure if orders were being sent out - as such, they were sending them out again. Obviously this guy is no longer employed with them. Rushfaster was very apologetic about the error.
They are now emailing me a Post Reply Paid address so that I can return the cases to them. I don't mind doing it to help them out.
If you ordered from rushfaster, and they make a similar mistake, it would be nice if you could also help them out by giving them a call to let them know.  I don't work for them, but I like to support good businesses who give good service, as I am sure all of us do.  Let's show them just how helpful MacTalk members are.

I agree. If they sent you something twice, make sure you let them know. These guys have a great range of bags, great service, and great return policies. Be a shame if they went broke because people were keeping their extra bags! I haven't bought anything from them yet, only because I have a million bags, and my wife will kill me if I buy any more, but if I was in the market for a new bag, I would use these guys!
Glad they fired the guy that screwed up. If only it was that easy to get rid of people that were incompetent in my job....

I've ordered a SwitchEasy Capsule Rebel from Rushfaster. Whilst I haven't received it yet (they only sent it out yesterday) I can definitely say that their communication has been great, and their website is freakin' fantastic as well (one of the better e-commerce ones out there).
Thanks for the heads up about the double-ups, Erwin.

I ordered an Oxio bag from them last Monday and received the product Thursday morning.
If I do find that another one waiting upon my doorstep I would definitely return it to them. Their service and products are really great even though they've stuffed up my shipping before.
Just one thing, why is the 'Mandarina Duck' brand really expensive?

As an ex Crumpler employee I gotta say I think their the best bag provider in Aus! Great range, great site, great service.. it was the site I wanted to tell customers about but couldn't (if we didn't have what they were after)

I'm experiencing quite the opposite, ordered an EcoShield weeks ago but still haven't received it. It also now says on the website (much after I ordered it) that they're out of stock.
They've emailed me telling me they've upgraded my shipping to next day shipping, because there was a delay. Which is all good, but I've dropped my iPhone out of my pouch already and now there's a scratch. That most likely wouldn't of happened if I had my shield already.

same issue i'm having with the Griffin elan form case. Ordered July 14th, it's delayed till Aug 31st and yea, they upgraded it to overnight shipping.

So much for that guy being fired, I placed an order on the 18th August
And received the two Switcheasy rebel cases that I ordered.
Got home today, and there are another two waiting for me at my doorstep.
They are on their way back to rushfaster now
