Optus 1 month fr33 end date?

as the subjects asks, has anyone figured out when our 1 months of fr33 data is up?

Also dose anyone know what our billing cycle will be? From the 11th to the 11th or?

Thanks

Most of the time, an abbreviation is used so the writer doesn't have to type as many keys.

You however have managed to take it to a new, stupider level.

I've left some letters below that you can use to clean up your post.

ok, so I talked to Optus, and they said if you got it iPhone on the 11th, the your free data usage will finish on the 11th of Sept.

And your billing cycle finishes on the 3rd and starts on the 4the of every month.

So go nuts till the 11th.

Tip: add a calender reminder to reset ur data usage counter on the 3rd of every month.

Enjoy :-)

If this is the case. Why haven't I received my bill?

I emailed Optus last week and got a reply saying my billing cycle also ends on the 3rd and begins again on the 4th. I also haven't received my bill (via email which I signed up for, even though the reply email said I would get it by mail - he obviously didn't check), so no idea what the deal is. We'll probably get it tomorrow.

I didn't ask them about the free month, though; whether it's a full month or just 'til the end of your first bill. I might phone them sometime after receiving my first bill just to make sure, since lots of people have been told lots of different things when it comes to Optus (their communication within their own company must suck really badly).

Because the first bill will be posted. And the earliest they could have posted was today, but is more likely to be a little later: I think Optus will do some checks to ensure they will minimise on the tens of thousand people who signed up with them on July 11 calling up all in one big hit.

I was told by Optus that the free month started at the time you activated the iPhone, so I'm going by that and for any reason I get charged I'm going to complain about it because otherwise with all the waiting to receive my iphone it would've been wasted anyway.

The OFFER for free internet for new iPhone plan subscribers lasts until the end of the August - not your actual deal.

And I was also told my billing cycle rolls over on the 4th of every month, which is true because the MyUsage thing has told me I have spent $6 this billing month - as opposed to the $300 or so I had there yesterday.

When I spoke to Optus they told me to expect the bill by the end of the week. Due date they said was the 18th.
